COVID-19 Update: A message to our Dazzle Beautys family

Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we completely redesigned our production and fulfillment center to comply with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.

What does this mean for you?
  • Processing times may be delayed. Generally processing times are within 7-10 business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
  • We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
  • You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund.

1. Shipment Processing Time

 All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. FREE SHIPPING - All Orders $75+

We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $75 or more for all domestic orders. For orders under $75 we offer Standard Ground shipping for a flat fee of $9.95. Free returns are provided on all domestic orders. For international orders see our rates listed below.

GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received by 12pm EST are shipped out the same business day via our free ground shipping option. Orders received after 12pm EST are shipped the following business day. 

EXPRESS ORDERS: Overnight Express and 2-Day Shipping orders are shipped out the same day if received by 2pm EST. Orders received after 2pm will ship out the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally via DHL Express for the best service and rates. We charge a flat fee of $30 for Canada and $50 for all other countries. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver. 

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

 Signature Requirement.

Small parcel orders do not require signature upon delivery. If you would like this option added to your order please contact Dazzle Beautys Support at support@dazzlebeautys.com or call (877)-201-9744, and be sure to include your order number. If this option is requested, please note that an individual must be present at time of delivery to provide the required signature.

We do ship to APO/FPO addresses. Shipping cost may vary.
